Tan-y-Bryn is a fine old Georgian house in the heart of Beaumaris. This was the house of the Garrison Commander when Beaumaris was a Garrison Town on the road to Dublin.

The house has been renovated to a very high standard with full central heating. It has 2 double bedrooms and I bunk bedroom (sleeps two).

We provide a full Sky package & wireless broadband. The house is approx 150 yards from Beaumaris sea front, 400 yards from the shops and restaurants.

The large front yard is paved with flower beds all round, there is parking for two cars and a raised barbeque area to sit and relax.

The ground floor has a large kitchen with dining area; the kitchen is very well laid out with great cooking facilities for those so inclined. Off this area is seating around an inglenook fireplace with a very nice gas fire in the style of the old type farmhouse range. The ground floor has a toilet and hand basin off the hallway.

The first floor consists of a good sized lounge with a TV and DVD player. It has two large windows looking out towards the mountains across the Menai Straits. Also on this floor is a large bathroom, with two basins, power shower, and a bath.

The top floor has three bedrooms, all heated; the original floorboards have been polished to create a very warm feel to these rooms. There are two rooms with double beds and one room with bunk beds that sleeps two. There's also a box of goodies in the bunk bedroom to occupy the children on those rainy days.

The Lodge is a substantial three storey, four bedroomed, mid terrace town house situated in the heart of Beaumaris.
Its a great town which has a wealth of quality shops and restaurants, and is set amongst a variety of medieval, Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian architecture.

This 4 bedroom property is a fantasic spacious house that would cater for groups of family and friends getting away from it all and getting together to celebrate birthdays /anniversaries.
All four bedrooms have there own en-suite bath / shower rooms.
The house is in the centre of the town and is a stone throw away from pubs, restaurants, great shops, cafes and the beach is minutes away to take the kids crab fishing

The main two bedrooms have there own sofas.
A cot and single beds can be added on request.
There is no garden but has a small unique courtyard in the centre of the house!
With the beach and mountains at your door step you dont need a garden!

There is parking outside the property for a short period of time.
We will provide a pass for you to park on the green which is a five minuite walk from the house.
In the winter months you will be able to park in The Liverpool Arms Hotel car park.
